in 2001 as a response to increasing demand for affordable solutions to
communications and IT needs, Victory Communications is dedicated to
providing our clients with solutions that increase the power of their
business.
Art
Gulledge, Victory’s founder and president, started the company after
over 20 years of designing telecommunications solutions for companies
like Lockheed and AT&T.
